The personel lies to the guest, the whole hotel smells horrible and there are no services except the room you pay...

The only thing we liked about this hotel was location which was convenient for everyday walks and was near nice cafes and malls.

First thing, the elevator, corridors, and restaurant all smelt horrible. All of the dishes had smell of dirt as if they were just washed with dirty water. Reception stuff was rude and what was the worst is they lied about all the details, first they lie that they have parking, actually they do partnership with Train Station which is across the street which they told during the check in that it will be free of charge (on the day of check out we found out they only provide -25%). Second the housekeepers are unable to read their own signs DO NOT DISTURB and still rushed into our room at 9:00am every morning even though we had the sign hanging outside the door. Third, the hotel does not have any room service which is funny when paying 200+ per night... staff even in the restaurant seems always busy even though there are no customers, fourth, I asked about the laundry service and a reception guy told me housekeeper will come at 09:30 next morning to grab it for me, next morning at 09:30 no one came and when I called the reception they told me they dont have the service and i need to being the laundry to them myself (only on the next day). Conclusion: unproffessional rude liers...((

Great location near Gare du Nord, spacious room with very nice and thoughtful decoration, fun place to stay at, free beverags in hte mini-bar

Managed ro book hotel with a couple of hours notice when Eurostar cancelled mid journey due to strike. Staff brilliant just as before. Would highly recommend hotel.
