Fabulous hotel. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Everyone in the group enjoyed the ambience and location. Nice rooms and cozy hotel

Youll probably have to find a storage area for bicycles with the LEtape coming to Melaka this year.

Good place in central location.

Great location near to major sites. Room was spacious and clean. The whole place is nicely decorated. Parking was near to hotel.

The aircon was a bit noisy. Also, I booked the room because the description said there would be an extra-large double bed (180-200cm); but, the bed was not that large.

Good stay.

Very convenient and in the middle of the town. Easy access to everywhere, walking distance to jonker street and cafes. Very nice and well maintained hotel.

Jacuzi leaked in the middle of the night and the washroom was flooded in the morning, couldn't use it. But very fast to send maintenance to fix and cleaner to clean when we informed them.

Superb

Hotel location is streategy a lot famous restaurants & attraction just within walking distance.

I love the room is spacious than expected. The toilet is clean, the jacuzzi is ready with rose bath balm so lovely. The bed is comfy. The receptionist is polite and sweet.

The room only provide 1 key each is not convenient, but the receptionist is ever ready to open the door for you. However I dont fill this is secure, as they don't verify my identity.

The location is exceptional, within walking distance of everything you need to see and do. Lots of brilliant restaurants and bars.

I think we were given the worst rooms in the hotel. The two closest to reception with windows looking into the alley and the building next door making the rooms dark with no natural light. There are lovely rooms with windows and balconies which Im sure would have made the experience better.

Love this hotel!

Breakfast buffet spread really good value and dishes were authentic prepared in-house. Hotel very close to Jonkers, River view from room so nostalgic with boat rides passing by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for future visits.

Aircon a little noisy but bearable.

Very good

Room was spacious. Location is really nice next to the river and walking distance to Jonker Street, A Famosa, and many restaurants and cafes. Restaurant had a really good food (nasi lemak beef rendang and ayam berempah).

Staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming towards guests. Upon check out not even how was your stay? A small interaction wouldnt hurt. There was a weird smell (not strong) in the room, wasnt sure what it was.
