Disappointing

Flying to your destination, you expect the basic stuff to be in your room.

The bed were of good standard. Samuel, helped me with the parking at the venue.

No dripping tray. Bath towel and bedding look 2nd handed. Desk - no knobs on drawers and it looked like someone tried to destroy the top. The desk chair looked dirty. The bathroom door was badly damaged by water...

Disappointing

loved the location, outdoor area and comfy bed, but fails short on finer things. e.g. hot water

staff friendly, great location close to bus terminal, nice outdoor facilities

room much smaller than advertised no bath, no hot water- had to have a cold shower, window broken, kitchen utensils non existant or broken (pan had no handle), no chocolate on arrival (as advertised!)

There was no hot water in the shower, the toilet had no toilet paper and we had to ask for it. The WiFi kept cutting off

Strong smell in facility not very clean was given bleach and incense but did not get rid of smell rude guests blood stains on sheets not as comfortable as before bit disappointed
