Disappointing for a relatively new hotel.
The hotel location is very convenient. The surrounding area is nice. The hotel is new. The room was not aged. The check-in lady was very nice - by offering us a paid upgrade and another complimentary upgrade to 2 adjacent rooms.
Rooms have very odd equipment - mostly aesthetics over function. 1. The glass shower enclosure makes it very difficult to keep privacy; 2. The lack of any storage space inside the shower stall; 3. lack of storage space in the closet - with the minibar and the safe occupying 2/3 of of the cabinets. 4. very small drawers on the bedstand. 4. The fan was not working in the bathroom - making the smell terrible. 5. Very thin wall and loud floor - can hear people next door and upstairs. 6. The curtains are flipped. Inside is the thinner one. No storage space. 7. The sink can't fit any water bottle. - very low and easily collects water. 8. The lights organization is not intuitive and some of the lights don't have their own switches. 9. Very rude concierge named Michael. 12/27 at around 10am, I was looking for the complimentary shuttle, so I walked over to concierge desk and asked Michael how to get a complimentary shuttle. He just waived at the general direction of the door *2 steps away) and said, "ask the doorman". I walked out into the street and didn't see any doorman. Then i turned back to the concierge and asked again "who is the doorman", Michael just said "he should be standing by the door. " And waved me off again. I asked "what was the doorman's name. " He said "Shane" and still didn't budge from his stool which is 2 steps away from the door. I went out again, and still didn't see Shane. Then I saw a hotel employee helping customers unload their luggage, so I asked him what his name was. He said it was "Andrew". Neither of them was attentive nor responsible as a 5-star hotel employee should be.

Beautiful, But Not Worth the Insane Price
Its absolutely beautiful, smells wonderful, and has a very calming atmosphere. I usually rave about how obsessed I am the entire time Im there to the point that it annoys my husband.
The view from our room was absolutely terrible and very depressing. We paid a TON of extra money for a Junior Suite and it really wasnt worth it as the back alley view staring back at us distracted from the experience. It literally overlooks a bunch of AC units and metal junk. Also, it was extremely tiny. It seemed like they just added a wall in a normal sized room so they could call it a junior suite. There was also a very annoying ticking sound that kept us up at night, and the room service was disgusting. Also didnt like that the bathroom door didnt close all the way so my husband and I had to listen to each other use the toilet gross.

Good location, close to everything and very easy links to the subway/tube. Staff were very helpful and kind with everything I needed during my stay. Clean room and comfortable bed, not in a noisy location either.
Not a great view from our room, just a brick wall and construction going on outside out window.

Try it out.
Location is super to shopping and restaurants. Green outlook of hotel is supportive of enforcement. Staff was all helpful.
Restaurant was delicious but cold and noisy music. Pricey rooms.

Very good
Best location, lovely restaurant.
Suite was lovely, fresh clean linen, everything in order. Exceptionally friendly and efficient porters ... welcoming at arrival and friendly assistance when departing.
No complimentary bottled water in room. Stated that all water was purified, but tap water was murky/milky/discolored ... so felt uncomfortable drinking that.

Small, but nice room. Location
Room without views to the Park (although we booked and paid for it). The hotel is just the room. The restaurant, and the very small common areas, are plenty of people that are not guests. In addition, we have been charge twice in our martecard credit card (US$ 5,400 twice) and it's not sill solved
