no heated pool, not thoroughly clean. two beer cans with ashes inside left at the balcony. No outdoor chairs/coffee table at the balcony

Location was great. Ability to self park with in and out privileges for free. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

There was no furniture on the huge balcony. didn't make sense. The name of the room "garden" didn't have a garden view so that was misleading. it said SPA but there was no spa. quite disappointing especially for that price.

Booking asked me to pay my stay 3 days before. And when I reached the hotel then they asked me to pay again. I am still waiting for booking team to settle this issue ...

To refund duplicated payment !!!
