Great ambiance, clean , staff kind and helpful The Hotel is just steps away from the shopping mall and metro.

The toiletries not complete, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no coffee or tea.

My room has window that open to see the other room on the opposite side. So have to close it. No view.

Great modern comfortable hotel

Beautiful and fun decor, clean, updated facilities. Nice friendly and efficient customer service. Located close to Koreatown. Fast wifi. A ton of common space to lounge, watch tv, play games, and they also have a bar/restaurant with good food.

Worst thing is that it is hard to find, and most taxi drivers dont know where it is. Would be helpful to have bigger brighter signage that guides the way from the street. You also have to walk about five minutes to get off of the hotel grounds and onto the street so its inconvenient for coming and going.

Value for money, but the location is quite far out.

The lobby is very beautiful, colourful and arty! I also loved the computers they have available for use for connecting to the internet. The lobby is also colourful enough to keep your mind and imagination busy. Good food and drinks by the kitchen/bar.

The rooms are just okay. But at the price point, I was not expecting magic. However, the beds are massive and comfortable. The lighting in the bedrooms is not great. It's too harsh and difficult to navigate. The AC system was also not functioning well. I was so cold for the majority of the time whenever I was in my room. Tea and coffee are also not provided. The location is also quite far out.

Nice modern hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms small but functional. Lots of shops and cafes in the local area. Good value

Difficult to find when leaving the metro station we walked around for a little bit.

Great pod rooms, awesome quiet sleep. Difficult to find.

pod rooms had everything you needed and huge comfy bed.

Very difficult to find via apple maps and google maps. Would be great if site had directions if traveling by metro. Also the most direct route is only accessible when shopping centre is open.
