Well equipped perfect place for a family of 4-5

The apartment was well designed and had all the facilities required for a family. Well equipped kitchen and a convenience store in premises. We as a family enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend.

No internet connection for 2 days although messaged host. 2 TVs, neither working. Next to zero hot water as really low water pressure. Dusty inside, especially the bathrooms. For this location and this cost, disappointing that such basic amenities were missing or just needed a little effort. Host responded quickly but no actual action or resolution :(

In general enjoyed our stay,comfortable spacious apartment fits family with kids ,located in proximity to main amusement

Clean,spacious,.well equipped kitchen ,swimming pool and gym access. Market around the corner were you can buy everything to cook/to eat meals at the apartment.Location fits great for those who plan to visit Yas island amusement parks- WB, waterworld,ferrari and seaworld. Also Yas Mall is nearby. The host contacted us the next day after check in to be reassure that we are fine Flowers on the table were an extra pleasant bonus

Some staff supposed to be fixed in the bathroom ,absence of toilet paper,weak water pressure in the shower

Perfect place in Yas Island

The location was very convenient especially if you're touring the Yas Island. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped from kitchen utensils to extra bedroom pillows and comforter. We also love the fact that pets are allowed in the apartment.

The instruction on how to collect the keys on the main door was easy to locate. We just needed the instruction on how to get into the lobby area, but luckily the host has picked up the call even if we checked in late at night. Also other general information should be available prior to checking in like pool, facilities timings and parking instruction. Otherwise everything was great!

It was very good Clean and everything was provided The rooms and setting room were big enough to accommodate us. Most of the entertainment facilities are very close.

Wi-Fi was not fast enough plus, it was only used inside the room. It is highly recommended to have it connected even outside the room.

Superb

This property was perfect for us. We moved out of our Villa and had a week before we are going back to our home country for good. This apartment was all we needed The kitchen is well equipped, it was convenient to be able to do our washing, and everybody had a comfy bed to sleep in. The kids could get rid of their energy in the beautiful pool! A lifesaver! It is also very well located, easy to get around and close to Yas mall for last minute shopping.
