Very good

The larger apartments are very spacious, the location is an easy walk into town

The apartment needs to be deep cleaned and all unnecessary items stored away correctly, and if you have for example a coffee machine I would be nice to have coffee available for the price of the room. Also the cables are messy and I would expect the tv to work correctly without phoning for a booster and paying a holding fee.

Good place for staying with kids.

We had a three bedroom suite which worked great for our situation with kids, and pool was amazing

The rooms werent very clean with dirty floors and stuff from previous owners remaining. Also the breakfast wasnt great

Clean, comfortable and a good location. Highly recommended.

The washing facilities were a huge bonus as I was on a long trip! Lovely staff, even pre-empted me getting lost when I was parking (which I still managed!). Very clean and quiet.

Just the walk around to the room (the property is a funny shape around the pool).

Maybe OK for families but not for couples, and not worth the nightly cost

Room facilities were adequate for a 3 star property but damaged desk. Bed was comfortable. Room servicing was regularly offered and friendly. Low bar prices was unexpected but we later understood given the service level.

Check in was messy. Staff more interested in selling us space in time share of Wyndham 'club'. They seemed to be separate from the more friendly check in staff? No parking spots available in the car park and no baggage trolleys. When staff were advised we received a 'sullen' response from a manager and a reserved parking spot list was provided all of which turned out to be taken as well. Really no care or interest. Not good enough for $550 per night poorly located hotel. No nice place to have a nice drink in the evening. This is a family hotel only, don't expect a cocktail bar. The Cafe bar was actually amateur night out. No really professional 'bar staff', just somebody manning the cash register who was very slow and learning. People queueing, 1 serving, 5 staff talking, wondering and looking at each other. Sorry, but hard to give this more than a 'must try harder' score.
