Great Location, Close to Universal Studios and Nice Clean comfortable Stay.

I loved the great centralized location (very close to Universal Studios) that is close to everything you would need. Lots of places to eat and venture out without having to worry about long waits and traffic due to crowds/tourists. The decor of the room was nice including the greyish colored plank floors, not carpet, is what I loved the most as well as the very comfortable beds. When getting to your room, it gives the feel of your very own apartment. The doors seemed like they were made of heavy oak which you couldn't hear much in the halls. Lastly, when my connection flight was delayed which meant I would get there after check-in hours (6 AM the next day), I called the hotel and told them that, they accommodated me, and I was so relieved.

Upon checking out at 9:30 am, there was no one at the front desk until about 15-20 mins later. I asked one of the servers about helping a few of us who had waited to include myself. The refrigerator barely got drinks cold.

It's a very beautiful hotel with parking and sustainable.

Very convenient brand new facility and it was an excellent stay. What definitely choose to stay there again.

Only thing was it needs more options for food on the menu at the restaurant. Like veggies!
