The water temperature in the shower and tub fluctuates between alarming hot and very cold at random. Also the positioning of the sink with no mirrors was a little challenging

Everything, i mean, especially when Aoei is perfectly managing everything, Nothing Can Go wrong. It is the only place we will ever book in Koh Samui. Period.

Understood that it was a rainy season, the team should check before they come to the back pool and take away the privacy part to clean the pool and yard.

This place made our trip exceptional

Beachfront and calm and quiet beach with many local restaurants near the property. All staff members were amazing and helped at every step of our stay. My daughter was enjoying the outdoor private pool all day long. Next time whenever I visit this place, I will definitely stay with them again.

Shower either gets too hot or too cold but its not a major problem that one shouldnt stay at this place.

If you're seeking a tranquil escape for couples in Koh Samui, the White Whale Beach Resort should be at the top of your list. This serene gem offers a perfect setup, breathtaking room views, and a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to unwind completely. One of the standout features of this resort is the impeccable room setup. Room that overlooked a private pool and the mesmerizing ocean beyond. The scenery was simply breathtaking, making every moment spent in our room a true delight. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work, as our room was consistently perfectly made, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's location is a major advantage. Situated in a quieter part of Koh Samui, it spared us from the hustle and bustle that plagues other tourist-heavy areas. Here, you can truly have a peaceful and romantic holiday, away from the crowds and noise. Breakfast was included in the package. The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of dishes, complemented by great coffee. We cherished our mornings here, with a fantastic view. Additionally, the resort is conveniently surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance, right along the beachfront. (I will be reviewing some of these separately.)

However, there were a couple of aspects that piqued our interest during our stay. The water temperature in the shower was somewhat binary, alternating between scorching hot and cold. While the room featured a gigantic bath, we hesitated to use it as it seemed like it would take hours to fill.

The staff and the accommodation helped make this the best holiday I've ever had.

All staff were outstanding particularly Pat and Ouiee (spelling is probably incorrect). Breakfast was nice (best caffe latte I found in Samui). The building is 3 years old and hardly used due to COVID. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower and toilet have glass doors so you will have no privacy from your partner. If this is an issue, this is not the place for you. The beach is just metres away from the room past the plunge pool. The building is next to the link road however there is not a huge amount of traffic and it is quite sound proof. I occasionally heard passing scooters but never at night. They have a canoe and stand up paddle board for use free of charge and also rent out scooters. The beach is nice however the water is not very deep. It is much deeper further east. I was told that the water is even shallower in March/April. It is not a particularly busy area compared to Chaweng or Lamai however there are several nice restaurants along the beach. So if you are after a quiet holiday and can afford the price, I highly recommend the White Whale.

Location location location ! The pictures dont do justice to this incredibly beautiful property that has the most gorgeous beaches and sunsets . There are numerous high end bars along the beach , yet the villa and beach feel secluded . The staff are very attentive of the needs of their guests . Pat and her team do a very good job at keeping the guests comfortable. We were even offered an early check in along with a private massage in our room . The breakfast is really good and oooh the cold coffees are too good
