I will never visit this Hotel again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby of the Hotel was the only nice place in that building, and the location of the hotel is perfect.
This is NOT a 5 star hotel!! I'll give it 3.5 - 4 stars maximum. - The Room: too small for a king size room, AC doesn't work, is mega loud, and blows only warm air. For December it was freaking warm in the room. The bathroom was dirty. The furniture looks heavily used and old and doesn't reflect the pictures at all. No minibar, no tea cooker or coffee machine, the room has basically nothing. The bathroom door doesn't close properly because the door is smaller than the door frame... . - Common area: Dirty and not well maintained. The hallway is packed with trash bags and service wagons at any time of the day. Not a nice view for a 5 star hotel. - Breakfast: No space at all. They accept more people than they can feed. I tried different hours, but it was packed each day. The food choice is ok. Many tables and chairs are not stable, which is really annoying to eat on. Food is lying on the floor and the staff just walks pass it. It is so loud because the staff literally throws the dishes into bins with no respect of their surroundings. Plastic and paper cups for your juice and coffee... that is not 5 stars!!! The tables are not cleaned after someone leaves it. Not a place to have a nice breakfast in the morning! After the amount of money I spent, staying in this hotel was a disappointment.

Nice stay clean and organized but the given luxury king bed room was not well defined as luxurious room it is missing with many luxurious things and bathroom was not equipped with bathtub or speaker. This room is basic comparing to other hotels. The breakfast is the same everyday there is no variation and coffee quality is good with no fresh juices.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts and free drinks and food in the evening made for a comfortable and sociable stay
Had a couple of issues, but the staff addressed these quickly and politely. Especially given how busy they were during the busy Christmas season.
