Disappointing

High cost and poor quality.

Low quality build with little attention to detail. Swimming pool was bug ridden and with exposed wiring. Sun loungers were limited and felt like this hotel should be a lot better from the listing, and for the high cost we paid. Had much better accommodation for half the cost of this place. The bar is hidden in a sweaty dark room, not good for a social drink. No refreshments available, water provided in rooms. Food was lovely. Good location and friendly staff let down by the poor quality accommodation.

The quality of the build and the cleanliness. Dirty swimming pool, sun loungers repaired with nails that pulled apart. Needs a good overhaul to be worth what we paid.

Amazing location , lakefront cottages overlooking Lake Vembanad, beautifully designed rooms and amenities, cooperative staff

Food on offer at dinner buffet was substandard, limited choices and poorly prepared. Christmas eve buffet was overpriced with poorly designed menu and overall bad preparations. There were no christmas celebrations for the guests , however a group of staff played loud music and banged on guest room doors without any prior intimation after we had gone off to sleep. it was a scary experience.

We were on a holiday; the stay was worth it.

Layout of the property, the spread at the breakfast, the concept of the rooms.

A better choice (at reasonable cost) for meals for guests who do not want to eat the buffet meals.

Kindly give some attention to the swimming pool area. Especially during late evening.. No adequate lightings and no separation from the pool and backwater.

Very good

Overall property is nicely laid out and well kept.

You couldnt bring any drinks at the poolside. Rooms werent cleaned well. No screens in windows to keep out mosquitoes. Staff didnt speak / understand English or Hindi well.
