My first night the bed was awful, but they made up for it they changed the room. Spa, awesome, with the exception of 1 lady that was popping her gum during my hydro-facial. Definitely going back to the Hotel!

First class Hotel made my stay just so pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent, location for doing business in Buckhead was perfect and everyone at the Hotel was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door jammed locking out my kid. 15 minutes later the maintenance guy had to remove the door lock to open the bathroom door.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful staff.

I was very much impressed by the staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I never encountered anyone who was not eager to help and make the stay enjoyable. It was a unique experience and I appreciate their kindness.

Booking is a scam and never use their app.

The property was not the problem, Booking was. They lied about anything and everything that was supposed to be included with the room. There was no minibar (extra charge) there was no terrace (also extra charge).
