Hotels can live or die depending on their staff. Cannot praise the W staff highly enough, total professionals

Beautiful grounds and private hotel beach. The gym was great as were the classes each morning. The staff at the W are absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive, they go above and beyond to make the stay special. I can honestly say that staying at the W was perfect from booking right the way through. One of the best holidays we have had.

A couple of small areas of the room could do with a refresh, but nothing major.
