Great staff far from the beach

The staff were extremely helpful the lady at reception advised and helped me with everything we needed and was always patient and kind.

The location is far from the beach. The shuttle bus is a great service but leaving every 2 hours can tie you down to specific times.

Staff really friendly and accommodating. Willing to sort out excursions with a hotel discount. Will offer a hairdryer if needed. Spacious little villa.

We ended up probably with the most dated room - so it didn't really match up with what we were expecting.

A tropical escape from the crowds. Staff are friendly and help with any request. You can also get a massage from your room. Breakfast was delicious with eggs or muesli meal options to chose from. Shuttle was convenient as well.

Cliffhanger tropical resort

Away from the husstle and busstle of the main beach. Beautiful setting with the backdrop op the cliff. Tropical garden with beautiful plants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Value for money

The location. Well maintained greenery throughout. The room was very spacious. Very courteous staff. They even packed us breakfast as our flight was a little early in the morning.

1. Towels provided smelled too much of detergent. 2. We liked breakfast but it could be little bit more elaborate. 3. Lights didn't seem to be enough. It was all dark once sun goes down. There could be more lights.

Great place for couples and families with children . Well groomed area, beautiful nature almost nearly. A little away from Main Street , but thats also a plus! A special words about owners and staff:wonderful, smiling and hospitable people ready to help you in any situation! When we checked out, forgot our passport in the room. When check into another hotel we discovered this. We send an email and the issue was quickly resolved!

Nice place

Nice place, quiet and away from the unattractive parts of Krabi. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes and there are lots of places to eat nearby. We didn't like Krabi at all but this place was an oasis, a few blocks away from a ticky tack town. Small pool but very refreshing, very helpful staff, good breakfast and a quiet location. Arranged airport transport for us that made our trip easier.
