This Villa was perfect for our holiday. We will definitely book again. The staff, owner, location and all the amenities

This property is situated in the most ideal location, the staff are amazing and the villa is perfect for a family vacation. Its clean, well maintained and has all the comforts needed when away from home.

Mosquitoes in the downstairs outside bathroom (expected though, it is Bali) and 2 of the bedrooms could use curtains or maybe blinds over the small windows for those that dont like waking up early.

great location and amenity

amazing location and very well maintained villa. staff are really friendly and helpful. kitchen had all cooking equipment (bowls, utensils, cutlery, spices etc) readily available. great value for the location, size and amenity of the villa.

had issues with the power tripping and the electricity turning off. staff were quick to come help solve the issue but on one day it happened about 5 times within a couple of hours, even though we weren't using an excessive power (AC and fans on in two rooms and minimal lights on, no cooking or using powerpoints).

We actually did not stay.. this villa was not as advertised. It stated it was in the heart of Legian and it definitely was not, it was a half hour walk away. The villa is in a lane way which is a road for motor bikes and scooters and all you could smell was petrol fumes. The road is directly outside the entry gate where the pool and garden are with sun lounges, and the living area is outside also, you would definitely not be able to relax with the noise/smell coming in. To get to the nearest shops is a 150m walk down a lane which does not have lights and with two children with us we would not use this at night. The pool was very green and did not look clean. All in all just awful, we had to go and find other accommodation which was very inconvenient at the end of the day.. we rang the owners but to know avail, they said no one else had ever complained previously which to me is not satisfactory. We lost $840 deposit and were extremely upset by this. Would never ever consider this again and were upset that Booking.com couldnt get our money back as they advertised it incorrectly, I would have thought it would have been checked out before advertising.

We loved having the space of a 3 bedroom villa and would definitely recommend this property

The location of the property was excellent. We were very close to Garlic Lane and there was a fabulous My Karma Spa which was so close to our Villa. Any requests or queries were dealt with immediately by staff. I was unable to attend a funeral back home, so I asked Wayan if he could arrange an offering. This was done promptly!

At times, the noise from the YBar nearby was quite loud - particularly on the weekends.

Relaxing, perfect location, wish we could stay longer and deffo be back!

The property is beautiful and was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Beds were comfy, pool was lovely. So close to everything we love including the beach, restaurants and shopping. Out pick up from airport with Wayan was smooth and he helped us with any info we needed including helping us get to our next destination. Nice to have daily housekeeping as well.

Its not to do with the property but just a heads up that there is a lot of noise from the surrounding bars at night and at times the alley way was noisy but it didnt disrupt our sleep or our stay at all.

Nice villa.

Great location, comfy beds, great pool. Stayed with 4 x adults and 2 x kids. Pool was perfect. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms was very efficient. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery. Great coffee shop on the corner. Deddys.

Very loud nightclub in the vicinity. Not an issue for adults. Televisions mostly not working, which wasn't a problem for us, but if the wet season had of been wet, could have been.
