Mr Hafid is a great and generous man.

The proximity to the beach allowed for leisurely strolls along the shoreline and picturesque sunsets that will forever be etched in my memory. Additionally, the villa's location made it convenient to access the city's attractions while providing a peaceful retreat away from the bustling center. Very good

A nice Villa, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. 24 hour staff on gates and they were very friendly.

This Villa was very spacious, and I loved the pool, and the privacy. Very glad for Netflix as not much in the area to do whilst in Ramadan time. Our host Hafid was very nice, communicating with us whenever we needed to.

Many things could be fixed or upgradeddoors were stiff to open to the garden and pool. The window panes were cracked, both downstairs and in upstairs Master bedroom. The cooker was Gas, but only 2 rings worked, but with very low gas supply, so to cook anything was very slow. The oven was dirty and smelly when it was heated up, and the microwave not that clean either. The fridge did look brand new though. Also, no kettle of such, just a small pot to put on stoveand no toaster either. Cutlery was very basic, but there was a brand new saucepan set. Just small adjustments could make the experience a 10 out of 10 .

Could use a good cleaning

The washing machine cleaned well and the outdoor seating area is nice.

Towels smelled like mildew. Someone elses laundry was in the washing machine when I checked in. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and sticky from old grease. The plates were wet and still had old food on them. The internet wasnt connected to the tv as advertised. The house smelled like a cat sprayed all over. When I asked the owner he replied that the neighbors cat likes to visit. The furniture smells like cats. The salt and pepper had spilled all over the cabinet and the exhaust was very sticky from oil. Be aware that the kitchen is in the basement and the coffee machine was in the living room. The stairs are steep and theres no railing on them leading to the basement. No water, coffee pods, tea or basic amenities were included. I had to get the cushions for the outdoor furniture myself from the garage area. Front balcony door could not be locked.

Highly Recommend !

We had an excellent stay with my family. The villa is full of charm, spacious and clean. It is in a great condition with all the amenities necessary. Location is very convenient, close to the city in a relaxing microclimate. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed walking down to the beach! Plus the area is lively with shops markets and ranging restaurants by the beach! We ate great fish! Special thanks to our host Hafid who was very reactive and made sure our holidays was the most comfortable one. The kids and us loved it. We shall come back!
