If you want, an amazing view of the sea, a great location, and wonderful people, I would highly recommend.

The staff was amazing from start to finish. The views from the property are just outstanding. It was close to both bays and Positano so provided many options for dining, active and more quiet days. We had an amazing balcony that provided excellent outdoor space. The bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.

First Class all the way!

The staff was extremely attentive. Every request was answered immediately! The views are spectacular! The small terrace was nice. It made us feel like we were in a villa. The breakfast was sensational.

The breakfast in our room on the terrace was wonderful

There were a few odd features in white was otherwise a beautiful, suite. For instance, the sink in the master bathroom was very odd. I understand the aesthetics as a designer. But its functionality was very poor. And there was a continuous odor from the drain. I did not see a trap. The odor was quite unpleasant. There was too little counter space in the master bathroom, when shared with my beautiful wife! The main living room was beautiful but there was no way to dim the overhead lighting. And there was no independent room lighting. So we pretty much kept the room dark. Im sure it seems like a small detail, but the fabric Shashes at the foot of the bed, combined with the metal footboard, made for a few bumps in the night.

A 5 star experience

The staff and the level of customer service were exceptional. They were extremely accommodating and responsive with requests and made it feel like anything was possible. The views are unbeatable and by comparison to other properties I believe this one was well positioned to for walking to restaurants, shops and the beach. The finishes in the rooms were very nice. The AC worked very well which cannot be said for most hotels.

Beautiful property. The hotel and rooms were perfect. Staff were externally and friendly - shout out to the guy who was looking after us around the pool did everything to make our time there perfect.

Wonderful!

The breakfast was amazing! Anything you wanted brought to your terrace. Beautiful view of the ocean. Friendly staff.

The lighting in the bathroom was dark. Maybe add a mirror where there is some natural light.

Beautiful hotel in Positano

Beautiful hotel and pool, excellent food and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and went out to the pool which had stunning views of Positano. Recommended restaurant by the hotel was wonderful too with a shuttle service. We used the hotel boat hire for a wonderful day on the water - all very easy to arrange.

Nothing really - it is expensive but you do get amazing service and location in return. Please note lots of stairs (as is the same for all of Positano!)
