Booked for my partner so see his review below: Amazing stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and the room was absolutely gorgeous. After a long day of flying and an hour plus scooter up to Ubud, it was very refreshing to have everything ready, taken care of and to be able to relax in a clean, air conditioned room. Breakfast was yummy though a little on the cold side but that is probably my fault for being late. The location is excellent though its not walking distance to the main shopping precinct of Ubud, so Id suggest renting a scooter for the duration of your stay.

This is the best accommodation experience I've had in Ubud.

For the first time, I would say Villa Kirani is truly amazing and looks much nicer in reality. The room is large and elegantly designed for everything you need. The mattress is so comfortable, and the bathroom is such a bonus with powerful water and spaciousness. We booked a room with direct access to swimming pool. As the Villa is small, we feel like we have a private pool villaeverything in ONE. The staff is super friendly and pro-active, always checking in if we have a good time there. I can't recommend this place enough; you should come experience yourself.

One of our breakfast got messed up as the Chef accidently put too much salt in the Mie Goreng but they did apologize straightaway. Otherwise our experience should be a complete.

Poor

The room size is excellent, but that's the highlight we had the 1 bedroom pool villa.

Lots, barking dogs all night, motorbikes right next to room starting all hours of the night. Kitchen not equipped well. Bath plug didn't work, couldn't fill the bath. Generally unclean, mouldy shower curtain, floors dirty. Lots of water damage to walls. AC didn't work properly, being on all day it was hardly cool at night. Highlight would be not to flush toilet paper down the toilet & to put it in the bin Also the view of the rice paddy's field had been harvested so it was just mud, should have been advised at a minimum that the view wasn't as pictured & offered a discount.

Property is Damn good, exceptional customer service from Dewi Dewi you are such an amazing person, loved your hospitality / calmness. You where the best

Irresponsible and rude behaviour from the receptionist and the Manager (sorry did not take there name) We booked for Villa with Private Pool, not sure what and where things went wrong. On arrival we were given the Family Suite, on checking our booking online it was showing Villa. But the receptionist claim its only Family Suite When we asked him to check and fix the issue his instant reply was if not interested please cancel and leave We initially thought may be because of language understanding, so requested him to direct us to the Manager. We could not judge who is worse than each other, Manager came with the same response Interim my wife was checking Booking.com and we still see the Villa with private pool was available for the dates we booked, when we insisted the same to the Manager his response back was sorry no availability if not interested please cancel family suite and leave No complains on the property, unfortunately we had to deal with such rude characters where we ended up staying over night and had to check out the next day morning to avoid further dramas from these 2 clowns Like expected next day morning after breakfast while checking out i handed over the keys to the receptionist. We returned back after breakfast and he purposefully made us wait for 5 mins saying need to check the room He should have done that as soon as I handed over the keys rather waiting for us to finish our breakfast (15-20mins later) and create a scene His body language and voice tone irritated more as expected I said Ill talk to Dewi and just leave the place rather making more scene of the place

To come back to

Amazing place to stay at and also a bit far away from center Ubud (10-15min), which allows you to turn off and enjoy the peace and quiet this place allows you to have. Great staff, super friendly and happy to help through recommendations as well. Room was more spacious than expected, lovely and clean.

Wifi has very low speed, could not work with it even if I wanted to.
