Very good

Best location in Jomtien, clean and spacy room with a great view.

The room is very spacy, with a great balcony with seaview. Great location with easy access to everything you need.

A little too small AC for the big room and was a bit hot when sleeping. I am ok, but be aware there are no elevator in the building.

The staff were also rude and miserable

Not much really

I requested a 1 st floor room as l have issues with my knees. They confirmed this but when I got to the hotel they said the 1st floor was fully booked. As I was only staying there for 3days I had not choice but to take it . Very disappointed!

Coming down the stairs is a real challenge stick to the first floor if you're feeling your age

Good value and overall very clean.

Great location; close to Bath bus; good atmosphere.

Cannot smoke in room (balcony OK). Quite much traffic along beach road, even at late hours.

Good size room, but in a noisy area at weekends.

The room itself was big and was clean when I arrived. Be aware it is on top of a bar.

Other people have mentioned in reviews: the mattress is still wrapped in plastic. Sadly this makes the bed feel like a rock. I can understand if you have a mattress protector for stains etc, but this just made the mattress useless. Please consider guest comfort rather than just saving money replacing mattresses.
