Very nice new hotel in a calm area

New and comfortable hotel with nice facilities. The hotel owner is also nice and ready to help. One can use the kitchen to store food or cut fruits. Relatively close to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Extra nice that the hotel is taking extra care of the environment - it has refillable shower gel bottles and proposes cleaning when required but not every day.

The AC is literally in front of the bed, but there is a fan too that one can use instead.

Great room, shower and breakfast

Great breakfast, flexibly made gluten free = Sri Lankan and delicious; bed comfortable, best shower Ive had in Sri Lanka (clean, hot, good pressure), super friendly staff, close to the beach

But further from the core of Unawatuna, Pool didnt look too inviting (very cloudy)

Everything was perfect . greenery around the hotel and nice swim pool. very combatable beds , manger is very polite and caring, best place to stay in Unawatuna. Everything very close to the hotel. beach, fruits shops ,Restaurant.
