Superb

A night of comfort, luxury, great food and excellent service. We will definitely stay again.

The room was lovely. We were actually upgraded and had a room overlooking Parker's Piece. Every staff member we spoke to was so accommodating- excellent service. Really enjoyed the restaurant and bar setting.

To be honest, I can't think of anything, except the tray charge for room service was a bit steep.

Well appointed hotel shame about the noise from the function room

Recently renovated Hotel to a hood standard Very nice large lounge/bar with very good staff

We stayed New Years Eve and there was a function which we werent attending Unbeknown to us our room was directly above the function room and the music was being played until 3am We should have been informed when we checked in and as we werent attending the function given a room away from the noise We also upgraded twice to a superior park view room Needless to say we had very little sleep

Lovely stay, fantastic location and value.

Lovely room, restaurant, bar and reception. I particularly like the library for a coffee or cocktail. I also appreciated the late night room service menu.

I wish they provided netflix / somesort of smart TV connection. Not essential but would have been ideal.

We were so happy to stay with you, because of good education of personnel, excelente food etc

excelents products. everything was fresh, a lot of differents products, clean, good service.

the salon with a big chimenee for fire, I see that the sieges for seat, they are dirty, it was not easy to find a place to seat confortable, as clean as posible

Disappointing

On arrival we were met with instantly being told that we had to put down a holding deposit in case we used facilities? W

Location was great.

The price for the room was some what of a let down as in comparison to local competitors priced significantly less didnt really match up on a value front. When youre paying high end your expectations are set at high end. Sadly these were not met and we are fairly easily pleased.
