Excellent stay!

The hotel was amazing! From the interior design to the cleanliness, I don't have anything bad to say! The beds were very comfortable and compared to other rooms we stayed in in Japan the room was pretty spacious. The staff was very polite as well, and they helped us with everything we asked for. The location as well was amazing. We recommend this hotel.

A nice, stylish hotel in a great location. good service, authentic Japanese room w modern touch

The room was large and spacious, Japanese style. It was very useful to have the toilet separate from the bathroom. Small fridge was useful for keeping our drinks cold and fruit fresh. The location was excellent, near the food market and lots of restaurants and shops, and close walk to subway station. The futons were comfortable, the low table with the pillows takes some getting used to--but it is the Japanese experience! Staff downstairs was happy to answer questions and help with luggage storage upon check-out.

I'd have liked to have a chair in the room, but I suppose it is not the Japanese style. Just more comfortable when putting on your shoes, easier to get up from (after a certain age). But this is something you learn once you try the Japanese style--and has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel! Perhaps the option of a breakfast would have been useful for have. And a smart TV.

Have been here before, this was the second time. Beautiful people, so lovely and helpful. The hotel is really cool, great cafe and clothing store downstairs. Great location. Will be back!

Nice vibes and spacious zen interior, rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant friendly and very helpful. Perfect location nestled in between streets of shopping, restaurants and cafes.

This is a fabulous hotel with great amenities, and staff who go the extra distance.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is close to many sights but is still quiet without the hustle and bustle. The shared kitchen, living and dining space is genius, and the onsite laundry facility is great. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

A softer mattress would have made my stay perfect.
