Very good

Very stressful start but then it got fine.

Central location, modern hotel, client oriented staff.

Reservation via booking.com didnt work out as usual. Three days before arrival we got pretty annoying email that we should wire the whole amount in advance to Treebo reservation company. That sounded like a phishing attack, so we didnt respond. Then they sent sms and whatsapp messages, that the reservation will be cancelled. And to make it even more stressful, they even started calling us. Always a different agent, not knowing what has been discussed with the previous one. At the end they really cancelled our reservation, which we found upon arrival to the hotel. Receptionist did not have any clue, just saw the cancellation and stated that the hotel is fully booked. Very stressful!!! Booking.com hotline gave us some support but most of the resolution was reached by my screaming around. After half an hour they found two rooms in their sister hotel not very far from this one. They also offered free breakfast so the theatre was over. Anyway, be careful if Treebo agency is involved, they act on their own without the hotels and they ignore booking.com conditions.

The location was fine, the registration was quick.

The room had a smell that said it was poorly maintained, the air conditioner was on, but no cooling at all.

Used Bookings.com for the first time not worth the price at all. Disappointed. The photos were misguiding.

The property was located at a posh place. Station and restraunts were close by.

The room was exceptionally small from what we expected or saw in the photographs. We could barely accommodate our luggage. The bedsheets were torn and had bubblings. The cupboard doors were broken

Disappointing

Liked the location of residency. Booking ease is appreciable. Check out was easy.

Only one room was available at check in. Eventhough we were ready to pay 75rs (for breakfast as mentioned in the website) they were not ready to serve us. Even after repeated discussions with the reception people, we were totally disappointed and they were hostile. We will never recommend this property.

Pleasant

Pleasant stay but look for food outside and use uber or local travel options. Good for lodging only.

Clean rooms and bathroom, good service by staff. Good for stop and go.

Breakfast was included in price but I think they are assuming that the Breakfast is a free service, cold food. Items unavailable. 1 fruit, no butter for bread, no dosa (custom order). Only egg omelet available apart from available items to order. Use Uber instead of hotel service, too expensive.
