Good place to stay, you get what you pay for.

The location, breakfast food choices, general vibe.

The bed and sheets was uncomfortable, the air con was too loud and didnt make the room much cooler.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean. But very noisy.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean. Beds were comfortable.

The small room was really hot throughout the night. There was aircon, but it was so loud even through earplugs it woke my partner and I up all night - even though he's a heavy sleeper. Same with the elevator - our room backed on to it, and we were woken up (again, with earplugs) all night by the noise of the mechanisms and the bell.

Stupidly overpriced and images are quite misleading

Good location, pretty easy to find, and the entrance and everything was pretty on par for a standard in-city hotel. Staff was also pretty nice and easy to deal with.

I got a double bed and images were absolutely misleading, I paid $260 total for 2 tiny beds that are cramped in 1 room the size of a dorm. The bathroom was tiny and the bottom of the bathroom door has a 2 inch gap so any toilet sounds were heard very well which was uncomfortable for my friend and I. Lack of plugs and basic utilities; no iron, no toothbrushes or toothpaste, no shampoo just crappy conditioner in a sample bottle, charging outlets near bed, etc.

Exceptional

Great location - value for money.

Location is the most significant and the best - all are very nearby including Chinatown, Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal and much more. Continental breakfast was nice - enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was regular - really value for money.

Nothing to mention. Less smiley face of staff at reception when checked-in. Smile doesn't cost you but impacts a lot. I think management should focus on this matter.

SUPER ANGRY - TERRIBLE STAFFS

Parking is full, the staff mislead us to the super far parking facility. What's the point of saving a few dollars but bring our heavy luggage cross the street in the raining day? Will never come back again. Also, the cleaning staff was chatting for the personal stuff super loud outside my room at 8:00am in the morning!!!!

Bad

Fraud!!! I have been offered parking at CAD 35 + tax at check in. I have declined the offer. The hotel billed parking fees anyway. I have used 3-rd party parking, at Desjardins center at CAD 24/day right across the street. When I contacted Booking and hotel asking for a refund, they declined. Simple scam to inflate the hotel bill by 26%.
