I was only able to take one shower. There was never any hot water.

The hotel manager and desk clerk lied to me about what they were using my debit card for. They were to charge me for a no show (1 night) but charged my debit card for staying on Friday and Saturday night for a total of $1200. I will be filing charges against the hotel unlet they reimburse me $600. They can keep the $400 for the no show. Apparently I forgot about this booking and prepaid with another and checked in with that booking.

Felt dirty and smelled like smoke.

Location was close to Republic airport which was good for me since I had to go out there in the early morning. The staff was very friendly too and offered me some welcome snack bag with water when I arrived.

The room smelled like smoke. Somebody had definitely been smoking in that room before or it came from another room. I had no body towel and had to use the little face towel to dry myself after the shower. There were all kind of noises coming from unspecific locations in this room. Like a fan, or the fridge etc. and the bed is not great either. I was only able to get about 3 hours of sleep. Quite disappointing. Last time I will stay at this location.

Very very disappointing!!!! Plus I was overcharged and the manager did nothing

The location of the property is what I selected it for

I have stayed at this location before and it was fine. This time there were unsavory people gathered in the parking lot, at the front door and it just seemed like the quality of the hotel had completely gone down. Not to mention the huge water stain in the ceiling of the closet in my room. I was afraid to hang my clothes in there. And the smell in there and hallway was musty. For the price it was unacceptable. I booked thru booking.com but the hotel charged me more at the end of my stay. Plus I was not informed that I would not be able to use my AAA membership. And I checked out early because no hotel like that should cost $1600 for 5 nights. I would like a refund to compensate for such a disappointing experience.

I appreciated the staff for accommodating my mom, grandmother, and I before the alotted check in time. The Suite was clean. Our stay was very relaxing. The location was excellent.
