The Town Inn Suites Hotel in Toronto is highly recommended for its perfect location near the University of Toronto and various amenities. The rooms are spacious and modern, although the TV sound may (Read More)be affected by the AC or heat. The staff, particularly the front desk and concierge, were friendly and helpful. The hotel has made impressive updates, although elevator wait times can be slow during peak times. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

The accommodation has a good location

I feel very sorry about this stay and very upset since visitors are not accepted and they treat you in a very inappropriate way and make false accusations under your image.. The management behavior is too disrespectful, first time something like this happens to me in a place I do not recommend it

Location, convenience. Size of the room. Hotel staff are extremely friendly. Very close to the village. 24/7 security.

We got the most expensive suite. For the price it was extremely outdated. Hotel staff took a deposit weeks before I arrived and then another once I got there. When I arrived I had to remind staff that they had already took the deposit out. I had to later remind them again upon checkout. The room could of been far much cleaner then it was. During my booking phase their system was hacked and it lead me to a fake credit card info page. I had entered my card info and my card information was stolen. Beware as this has occurred with this hotel prior.

Well priced and in an area with cafes and restaurants and with easy access to a subway station.

The two-bed suite was in general very good and was clean and well serviced. There are plenty of local cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful at all times.

Quite strange that there was no TV in the master (king) bedroom but there was in the living room and other bedroom (two queen beds). The breakfast room is very small but in general there are items that can be taken back to the suite to eat.
