Exceptional

Incredibly comfy, great customer service

I was upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful suite. All staff were extremely friendly and kind - all the time. They went out of their way to bring me breakfast in the room for my bday and once they knew it was my bday they also left a cake in my room & a little gift. It was an amazing stay for me!

Perhaps that the restaurant staff could speak better English, reception staffs a English was better

I liked the quite room and the environment

1-AC wasnt working properly ( its not cd ) because the weather at day is warm a little bit 2-The water heater wasnt working at all and it took more than an hour to change it

The housekeeping lady Maher was fantastic. There was a young friendly lad who loves football at the reception. He made us feel welcome.

Superb

Everything was great Ahmed from the reception was so helpful, the guest relation, and the guys from the restaurant was cheerful and helpful too , the location was amazing , the room was clean and comfortable , the breakfast was tasty .

the TV remote control need a new battery to work and i told the guest relation but nobody came to fix it .

I like the most the room and washroom.

Your elevators are very slow and small, you need to add more elevators. Every time it took a very long time to go down and back to the room. Also, It was very noisy outside and the windows did not save from the noise. Additionaly, you have to create non smoking rooms, because of it unpleasant smell.
