Actually this is my second time staying at Timurbay. Previously i styed with different owner. but i recommend you to cho
1. Extra bed provided (it can accommodate 5 paxs) 2. Parking allocated very close to the lobby lift. 3. The view as it facing the sea on the left and mountain / hill on your right. 4. Praying mat and telekung provided. 5. Clothes hanger provided at the balcony. 6. No deposit required during check in so therefore no late refund of deposit. 7. 2 access card provided.
Caretaker handling the cleaning. Make sure you do not leave any item before you check out. It differ from hotel policy where normally those item could be safely kept and return to guest.

The sliding door did not function. We escalated the problem after check-out but was denied by the owner. The wardrobe door felt out and knocked my daughter's head. When reported, it was taken as though we were at fault.

Location seafront. Many pools provided. The beach is nice.
I think the bedsheet has not changed before i check in. Local tv channels are provided, but we cant access the tv to the internet. However, WiFi is provided. The dryer is provided, but we still need to dry it outside as it is not fully dried. The extra mattress is provided, but not the mattress cover.

Near to beach and pool. Kids love it sampai taknak naik balik. Comfortable stay for both kids and parents.
Crowded on the pool but it was okay. Kids enjoy it.

The location is good. Near the beach, A lot of food stall's & restaurant's nearby. Convenient store just a walking distance only. The pool is huge. A lot of beach activities such as jetski, atv available here.
