Good value clean and spacious rooms close to the beach

Very clean and spacious room in the centre of Palolem and close to the beach. The manager was very helpful and easily contactable about any issues.

Excellent Location

The host was very helpful with booking us a very affordable boat trip and walked us to the boarding point. The rooms are quite large and are very clean. The location is excellent, you're only a few minutes walk from the main beach, and next to plenty of restaurants. If you need to catch a government bus to your next destination, the bus stop is only a minute away. Despite being just off of a busy street, there wasn't much noise during the night either. Cannot recommend enough as Palolem has been one of our favourite locations in India and the quality of the room and host contributed to this.

Top location - minutes from beach / loads of restaurants and shops AC and fan both great Clean bedroom New towels and bed linen on arrival (laundry service also available Helpful and friendly staff Lovely roof terrace

Room was cool with good Aircon and fan. Had a wardrobe, chair, bedside table and side table.

No natural light in the room and hot water wasn't working.

Superb

Short and sweet.

The host Sunil was very helpful prior to and during our stay, the location is very good and only a short walk to Palolem beach. Its clean and has everything you need for a short stay.
