Felt unconfortable with the hotel bed due to its cleaness.

Location is central and convenient for food

Facilities and room are old and torn down. Bed appears not clean, bed sheet appears not replaced for new guest.

Great xmas and new year decoration

The location is great. The xmas and new year decorations are extraordinary and it's outstanding among the surrounding level of hotels and even passengers would like to walk in to take pictures and selfies. Great effort!!!! And didn't expect the weather is so cold. The staff immediately replied to message and supply extra blanket which is super efficient ~

However, the room I stayed was next to the power generator engine room? I am not sure but the generator made engine cracking sound every minute and therefore I wasn't able to sleep at night... compared the the lobby, the room, however, have a big difference in comparison. We still paid for what it's value for. Strong wifi, television and even air aroma diffuser ~ but possibly the effort the owner spent for the lobby is too good, and the room inside became the down side in comparison. Dont get me wrong, its still clean and tidy to what we paid for, If there is a studio room in the lobby, it would be fantastic ~ the lobby is just a local attraction itself.

I was only there one night but I wish I had gone there earlier. Great value for the money. The room was great and the staff , mainly the lovely lady at reception, was really helpful. I had booked a mini van to go from Hue to Hoian and thought I had been scammed as there was no one at the given address when I showed up. Went back to the hotel Receptionist and she made a bunch of calls and sorted it out, so grateful.
