Superb

Lovely room with great bed and bathroom.

Bed was comfy and amenities were nice. The room was spacious and had great lighting. The restaurant downstairs was also good and convenient.

The room had a buzzing noise and we could hear everything from outside. The buzzing noise never went away, making it a little hard to fall asleep at night.

It isnt cheap but you wont be disappointed.

Fabulous in every way. Staff were great, hotel is a fabulous location.

The only niggle would be the double beds are literally that so quite small.

I was told the top floor suite would have a view of Central Park. In reality, the top floors is what we got which is anything over floor 22. Lame.

AVOID at all cost!!! Go to more charming places like Wallace, where staff knows what service and hygiene mean

Dirty, full of dust, no view. Be careful: the pictures are misleading and were taken before the new building in front was erected. They charged my card for the whole stay twice although we checked out after first night being very disappointed. No one helping since, even after escalating to Hyatt
