Very good

Great central location - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Good value stay

Pillows were a little too big and hard for me.

Very good

Comfortable, clean and unforgettable.

It was clean, modern and had a good, friendly atmosphere. Staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Restaurant downstairs was wonderful and the food was lovely( especially the chicken wings.)

We stayed on the second floor and we found that the surrounding area was quite noisy( they could do with some triple glazed windows). Early in the morning there would be construction going on and trucks driving up and down the roads.

Exceptional

Staff are true ambassadors for Irish Hospitality.

We received a friendly and warm welcome from reception staff, Both Management and Staff made you feel welcome at all times, especially Dervela in the Bar and blonde Waitress at Breakfast (Sarah) ?. The breakfast and restaurant/bar food was excellent and service provided was same. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere , my favourite place to stay in Galway. Respect and thanks to the Management and Staff for providing a quality service and hospitality.

Nice stay but could have been better

Location

Very small room, felt cramped. Had to turn shower on 3 minutes before hot water arrived. Very bad smell in room when we arrived in the evening and had to open all windows to clear smell. Hot and cold taps in sink are crossed over, reception were aware of this as plumber had mixed up input in several rooms. Apart from that we had a pleasant stay.

Location was excellent as was the breakfast.

The TV did not work and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. We wont be returning to this hotel.

Wont stay again but thats my opinion

Location was fab right in eyre square

1..for the price there was no breakfast included but we paid for our breakfast first morning it was 22 then today was 30 and was the same breakfast we got both days so 8 overcharged this morning for the same breakfast 2 the room was very small ..3 lager was very sour in the restaurant

I wouldnt ever go back!

Central location

Bedrooms were like hostel bedrooms, dated and damp. Had to move rooms on arrival as the room had a terrible sewage smell and bathroom door wouldnt close or lock! New room was freezing and it was meant to be a triple room with an extra bed placed in front of a window freezing.. as pillows were literally on window sill. Completely ripped off price wise for what we got! When booking the hotel it never mentioned there was no residence bar and we were all visiting for a Christmas get together! Parking costs also werent mentioned when we booked! I felt so ripped off after saving for months for a trip that was not worth the money!

Exceptional

Excellent waiter/waitres staff at breakfast.

Staff at breakfast were exceptional, very efficient & courteous. I did tell them so as I honestly don't think I've seen staff work so well together in quite some time. Well done.

We had to leave the bar area when the bar closed.
