There is too much light in the room, all the panels shine and I can not turn off the outside light, maybe that was my mistake. As you know, the darker the room the better you sleep. The water pressure for the shower was lower than expected, I assume you make use of gravity pressure.

Communication is very difficult. They have a WhatsApp bot that make it extremely difficult to communicate with them. Payment is handled outside of booking and they send you a link to pay online, is not possible to pay at the property. There was a strange smell coming out of the bathroom.

A feeling of being out of Dubai!

Loved the room, as per the pictures. Neat and tidy! Great environment, you don't have the feeling to be in Dubai. Lots of greenery all around, colourful flowers,(and they were working to have more), nice surroundings, with some animals nearby (ducks, roosters, goats, tortoises, donkeys,...) nice for kids to discover and interact with these! The plaza is enjoyable with several places to eat. We took the option to have the breakfast included and we eed to say it was worthing it! Bagel's provided several options that were all delightful. The staff was excellent, we interacted with Junaid and Renie, during our stay, very friendly, kind, helpful,... Great services !

A bit disappointed

Supposedly to be a quiet place where you can get away from the crowded city. However in our case it was ruined by a noisy neighbor.

I would say this place is more about single travelers or a group of friends rather than families. Also the room was not so clean.

Very good

A suitable place for families and children to stay. My wife and I and my 2-year-old child stayed there for about 20 days. It's comfortable and very safe there. There is a very kind and strong security guard there, Mr. James, I say kudos to the owner and managers of Sustainable City for hiring such people.
