Luxury beyond our expectation

We spent a few day of our honeymoon there and everything was beyond our expectation. Every staff member took exceptional good care of us, from the airport pickup to check out. The room was marvellous and the club lounge was a very special privilege with a large range of drinks and very well stuffed buffet.

One of the hotels in Shanghai

Everything was en pointe, staff were attentive to our every needs. Our room has club lounge access and its definitely worth it, every meal we had was amazing and the room has killer views. Would definitely stay there again :)

Great location but I expected a higher standard.

Great location close to the Pearl Tower

Restaurant overloaded for breakfast, I needed to wait long to get seated. And at dinner the serving was not high level, not professional. Fish was torn and stapled in shredded pieces.

I booking suit at Ritz Carlton, for 1730,16 + 287 = 2017 $ , but Ritz Carlton (I dont know why) charged from me 2120 $ , it hier than booking amount on 103 $ ! This is a lie! They told me about rate was changed - so what!? I booking in dollars before, its doesnt matter all!!!! They wanted, that I will go with a manager to bank for change dollar to RMB. (Because they system doesnt work now) A you crazy!??? In fly out day I spend my time on reception 1 hour! the mood was ruined! If you booking this hotel you should be for this!
