This was an amazing place to stay. The spa is lovely, the breakfast is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was great and had lots of little touches that really made it stand out

It was fairly expensive, but I think thats pretty standard for Zermatt

Perfect location, amazing staff, great food and breakfast.

The staff is amazing, very accommodating and friendly. You could not ask for better place to stay. Id stay again absolutely.

We had a great suite, but it was dark. So dark you had to use you phone flashlight to look into your luggage. It was really bad where they had the luggage rack.

Fabulous stay

The Spa and the Suana are absolutely fantastic for relaxation. The room is gorgeous with the mountain view. There is welcoming home-made sourdough cookies which are very delicious as well. This hotel is highly recommended to anyone which wish to have a relax stay.

We had a lovely stay in Rex and are looking forward coming back in future.

The warm and cosy decorations of the room, lovely view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, the friendly staff, jacuzzi and spa facilities and central local made our stay in Zermatt very memorable.

The elevator door can be automated.

The View, the Breakfast, the Resturant.....all 10 out of 10!

We traveled 15 days in Switzerland, all hotels were in the $350 per night range, This was by far the best hotel out of every place we stayed, The view of the matterhorn from the room was Epic!, the breakfast that was included was 10 times better than any other hotel we stayed at, they bake bread every morning, Coffee was delicious, Staff were extremely helpful and to top it off the Resturant attached to the Hotel made an Epic Spicy Stake skewer! Fantastic Resturant!!!! I don't have enough good things to say about the REX. For context we are Americans from Hawaii that extremely enjoyed our relaxed trip through Switzerland and this was the best hotel we stayed at during our stay, a few of the other places in Interlaken and Zurich were much more expensive and not even close to as nice.

Everything! The best trip I had to Switzerland Combination of both best stay and best views. I love this place. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way made great by the young team who left no chance to make our stay more comfortable.
