Huge room, great views!

Amazing views, great location Beautiful hotel and very spacious rooms. Comfy robes / beds / very relaxing The bar on the 33rd floor is amazing- highly recommended. We got seats right at the window and the views are the best I've seen in a large city

Bathroom was clean and modern, with great view, including glimpses of distant Mt. Fuji. Lobby area is very impressive. Good in-room dining. Great views of Tokyo Tower from throughout the property. Room overall well-appointed and reasonably clean and well-maintained.

Some parts of the room were starting to look a bit dated; room lacked views of Tokyo Tower. Bar at the top of the hotel was difficult to get into (without wait). Not too many attractions in immediate vicinity; usually a bit of a walk or train ride. Nearest train station was a bit of a walk, and not a major station.

Beautiful, worth the splurge.

The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. The customer service was phenomenal from the check in through the end of the stay. The amenities were great, and I had probably my favorite breakfast of the entire trip in the Japanese style restaurant at the hotel.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Tokyo, room is spacious, always well cleaned, breakfast was outstanding, location is perfect, near 3 metro stations, right inside the park

Nicely designed, comfortable hotel with priceless concierge service

It is a very nicely designed hotel inside and out. Very helpful concierge service that is priceless in a city where very few people speak even basic English. But they generally go above and beyond to help you. The hotel has many excellent restaurants, including a fantastic yakitori place in the basement. The view is amazing from the rooms as well.

The location is a bit out of everything, and there is some traffic noise because an expressway is nearby. The property needs to better explain things in English in the room as it is a little confusing where is what, and not everything is appropriately explained. Many of the staff don't speak very good English, but this is generally an issue in Japan. However, the people at the concierge speak very good English.
