Very good

Loved the location in the city with quick access to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and quiet and the view from the balcony was lovely. Room service was tasty, AC worked great, and internet was fast!

The bathroom facilities could use a little updating, but otherwise everything was great.

Fantastic facilities, staff and value for money

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic being close to the city and the room had lovely views over the river. The pool was a fabulous spot to hang out in while the city sweltered in the heat. Added bonus was the poolside bar service.

It was a shame that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for an extended break. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which was excellent so we will have to return to try the rest of the menu.

Post Xmas stay

Location. Ac was superb considering it was the hottest day in Brissie in December for 4 years. Room service was excellent

Didn't have towels for swimming pool in the room, so expected to find them at the pool, but had to ask for them, as there were none and bin for old towels was overflowing. Bathrooms are dated.

The room was very dated, especially the bathroom. The blinds didnt fit the windows so light streamed into the bedroom at dawn. Eagles Nest bar not open AGAIN

Very happy with this hotel and would stay again. Free parking is great

The checkin process was smooth. The room is perfectly functional and has cold aircon. It has a separate lounge area to the bedroom. The room had a nice balcony. Manager was nice.

Definitely not worthy of a 5 Star rating. 4 at best.

Location was central to our needs.

1: Rooftop bar, Eagles Nest was closed till early 2024. No mention of it when I booked. 2: Mould in bathroom. 3: Cold water tap in bathroom was a dribble late at night. 4: Decor was tired looking.

Decent if you just want a bed to sleep in near ish to southbank.

Its a good location to walk to southbank.

The rooms and hotel are a little outdated and was quite quiet when we were there so not much atmosphere - felt like most people were staying for work not for leisure.
