Very good

Good Place to stay if you want to explore the city and dont want to spend to much money. It is small but you get what you pay for and given you are only going to sleep there because you are out all day to see the city its the perfect deal. The rooms are very nice. So are the showers and toilets. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and good budget option

Location is absolutely amazing. The facilities are clean, you even get pyjamas to wear, and bunk beds are actually super comfy and spacious, with plenty of 'privacy' through curtains. and: we could open the window to let in some fresh air. Big plus in Japan! Convenience stores are right around the corner too, and there's a tiny kitchen area to use.

To us it seemed a bit odd that there are check-in machines AND personell. I could also imagine that the machines are not very accessible for everybody in terms of technical skills.

It was very clean and close to everything! Staying on the female floor meant you had showers close aswell which was super convenient.

Not that good soundproofing.

Perfect spot to explore Kyoto.

Excellent location. Environmentally conscious. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Perfect for our 2 day stay.

If we were staying longer than 2 days we would have started to get claustrophobic with the lack of space in the rooms .

Great value. I already recommended it to my friends

love everything about this hotel! We stayed in the private twin room with super comfy beds and enough plug sockets. Even though there's only a small space between our beds and the door, we can still manage to locate ours 3 luggage there. the shared bathroom is super organized and clean. The laundry machine worked really well and one of them could be paid by easy card which was really convenient. Drinkable water everywhere.

Nothing!! The only thing i can think of is they don't have a fridge for us to store foods, but the convenient store is quite close by. So it's no big issue.

the room is too small for 2 person stay as we unable to open our luggage, feel like hall residence. Overall not bad but gotta share bathroom and toilet with other people. Location is quite good around 5 mins walk from Shijio Station, there is shopping spot among the street so ya is very convenience.
