Everything was pretty good and the location was very good, but they should improve there breakfast as it's very normal comparing to the Turkish breakfast.

Superb

This is my 1 st time I stay n this hotel, it was recommended by my brother. Its a really good one, the location is just near Taksim, I loved the hotel its very quiet atmosphere, clean, the breakfast is good and most of all I loved the coffee shop n the lobby 24/7 available.. the staff are really good and helpful- would like to thank Bellboy and Kamuran so much. Looking 4ward to stay n Parma again

Recommended for such budget if you insist to be clise to Taksim

Obviously the location is perfect, seminar room (needed for us) was nice Breakfast seemed to be complete Staff were helpful ( they found my laptop after check out)

Room Facilities could improve I guess it is time to change the TVs at least in the upgraded rooms COFFEE COFFEE and coffee please prepare fresh beans coffee ( you have many large machines, it is indeed a pity all machines are only working on instant coffee ) Although there is a Starbucks corner in the lobby which sell and serves decent coffee ( but why still in paper cups?!)

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. extra thanks to Mr. TAHA. ;)

It was ok. Just a few issues

The breakfast was really good. Every day there were new things added to the buffet, including a very tasty soup. The room was quite spacious and clean. The sauna was good. Our daughter liked the small childrens pool. The shower had great pressure and the water was hot. The men at reception were very helpful and polite. You get 2 bottles of water every day in your room. Ample closet and storage space & a bar fridge that we could use. Our daughter liked the little welcome cookie platter upon arrival.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Taksim square and for the fact that it had a gym. To my utter disappointment, the gym didnt open until 9:30am. Never in my life have I ever heard of a hotel gym not being open before 9am. For this reason I wasnt able to use the gym at all. It appears that the spa and fitness Centre are run by a different company, which made it rather awkward as nothing could be charged to the room. The service at the spa was a bit strange. We had to be accompanied by someone to the locker room, then the sauna, and the pool. They make you wear a swim cap and charge you 100TL per cap. We didnt have a good feeling down there so decided not to do any massage or hammam treatments. We only used the pool and sauna a Our room was # 2015 on the second floor, which had a sign that said non smoking floor but we had constant smoke stink in our room day and night, which either came from the vents or the rooms next to ours. When we left the hotel, our daughter had a cough. There was hair in the bed. Only 2 coffee capsules free and then you have to pay. We didnt use it because they didnt offer decaf options. At breakfast there was only black tea and coffee and no decaf options. I had to buy a tea from the Starbucks counter in the lobby for my breakfast. Our room faced a pub that played loud music every night and we didnt sleep well at all. We were also woken up constantly during the night by the banging shut of other doors on our floor as people came and went. The bed was king sized, but the duvet wasnt bigger than that of a queen bed, so one of us were always uncovered. Luckily they had an extra blanket in the closet. They offer slippers but no robes. With a pool, a robe would be helpful. Our shower had quite a bit of rust and mold and didnt feel very clean.

there are many things to tell about, location is very convenient, close to heart of alot of coffeeshops restaurants and entertainment, close to taksim square, and istiklal avenue, full of life, also the staff are very friendly make you feel like home with their warm smile, I would like to thank Mr. Andrey Karpov and Mr. Mustafa Alp, at hotels reception..Also, alot of thanks to Mr.kamuran Bellboy...with his big smile and warm helps...they are all gentle, would recommend this hotel for any one seeking comfort, and quietness ,hotel was clean, food is good..location is excellent.

price was abit high, maybe its related to season where most of the hotels are fully reserved, some of the lights and power sockets were not working, but no issue, my room was a bit noisy as my window facing a night club, with music till morning..

This is not a 4 star hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

Room size

- the hotel is old and requires renovation - no soundproofing. I heard literally every conversation in the corridor on the floor. - the street is very noisy all night - the breakfast is just terrible. Absolutely everything was not tasty - on the non-smoking floor someone was constantly smoking and this smell came into the room - the equipment in the gym is very old and rusty

Horrible, bad smell of cigarettes, the hotel is not clean and in very bad shape

The location of the hotel is great, it's next to a very central metro station.

The day we arrived we were placed in a room on the street level floor (2nd) facing an irish pub. They were loud up until 5:30 AM and we couldn't sleep. We were moved to a quieter room the next day but the shower was tiny with mold and the ceiling was peeling off, and had a very bad smell of cigarettes. Under the bed there we a lot of cigarettes that wasn't cleaned any of our days, although this is a non-smoking floor. We asked for water and coffee capsules and had to pay extra for it. On our departure we ordered from the hotel a taxi with a safety car seat to the airport - the car seat never arrived and we had to travel with our baby without it (and taking a huge risk) the hotel didn't compensate us in any way nor apologized for making such a life threatening mistake. I would never recommend this hotel.

Excellent service,nice people, good location

All the stuff tried to help us each time, the distance from the taksim was fantastic .

The hotel located in noisy area and if you take a room in the side of the front of the hotel you may listen all the noise appropriately until 2-3 a:m . In addition as a result they moved as a room the day after as we asked and it was better.
