I didnt like that I have been completely ignored after requesting part refund for only occupying one of the 2 rooms Id booked and paid for, unfortunately I couldnt make it. A reply of any kind would have been appreciated!

Horrible facility/ room. Nice location and nice front staff.

The lady who helped me checking was great. She was welcoming and when I requested to change a room, she was very helpful. I think I rate 5/10 for the hotel because she was nice. If it wasn't her, it would be a 2/10 hotel. Location is great. Food all around you.

The first room I checked in (room 105), the fan in the bathroom ceiling fell off. There was a hole in the ceiling. I requested to change the room. Unfortunately, the hotel was full so the second room (room 128) was an access room. Room 128 is bigger (for disable access) but, there was dead fly on the bed, near the pillow and there was a layer of dust when I sat down at the bottom of the bed. You can see the fluffy stuff flying when you sit down. It seems that room 128 hasn't been used for 10 years. There was a stain on the pillow. I decided to go back to room 105 and just ignore the falling ceiling in the bathroom. Will I stay there again? Absolutely not!! The cleanness is 2/10
