Was not great value for money but the staff were lovely and the instructions were very easy.

Very comfortable sofas

Decoration could do with some consideration. Nothing on the balcony (foliage), no lamps available in the living area.

Spacious, well equipped and friendly staff

Check-in was seamless and staff v friendly (thank you Vicky & Karen). The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Not far from the beach and other amenities. Overall, pleased with our stay.

A few items were left in the apartment from the previous holiday makers. Hence, a little more attention to detail is warranted. The apartment is starting to look a bit worn, though nothing critical. A touch of new decorating might help.

Very disappointed with our New years break which we paid top money for , old run down rooms , worn out carpets furnitur

Very basic for the top price , felt over priced not luxurious like the photos , old beds which were incredibly uncomfortable, worn out carpet and rugs , half painted walls , furnishing which smelt , old and dirty , a DVD player from the ark which didnt work and dirty , the TV was set to Netflix in Arabic with sexual explitives which couldnt be changed , no staff around as new year to ask , on New Years Eve sat at the pool full of ants everywhere, needs complete update and clean , the maintenance man or owener I presume proceeded to clean the inside tiled water line with a chemical spray and scrubber while people were in the pool including children , when asked what he was doing he said it was his day off and seemed oblivious to this strange act

As above basic , old shabby furniture and carpets not luxurious like photos and write up suggest , uncomfortable and in need of massive renovation , equipment worn out and not working correctly, ants all around the pool which in need of massive renovations, large trees overhanging one palm fell from tree just as we got out of the whirl pool , could have killed us , gardening of trees not maintained enough around whole of property and pool

Easy breezy leisurely stay in Byron :)

Realy great amenities and the most comfortable sofa I've ever sat/slept on. The rooms were so open and fresh and Karen gave us great food recommendations!

if you considering booking this place and having doubts, dont, its absolutely wonderful, a paradise place with wonderf

They had everything you require and had great facilities to use, we loved everything about this place, the staff our just wonderful and accommodating, i would actually love to return, and i dont say that often but it felt like home

The only issue for me was my single bed wasnt so comfy but the double bed absolutely fine
