Good value for money

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Able to rent bikes and book further transportation to next destination including boat to Laos through property. We only rented a bike however. The balcony is communal for all rooms on the floor. Room was clean and housekeeping could be done daily. The location is absolutely fantastic. Great value for money, just wish the beds were more comfortable. I would still book here again, if we came back.

The beds were very hard. The shower wasn't the best, the pressure was lacking so the hot water wasn't great but still hot. The balcony is closed between 11pm-8am so if you want to smoke you have to go downstairs and out the front.

Great value for money

Super nice staff, very helpful and smiling Perfect location very close to the bus station and the Night Market. Clean and cozy. The laundry service super fast. I left my clothes in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon they were ready. Great value for money! Recommended

The doors (the one to the balcony and rooms door) had gaps between the door and the frame so the noise from the street could be heard as if the door was open. The bed a bit hard (which wasnt a problem for me, I slept good but for some people can be important) NO ELEVATOR

Great location, friendly staff

The staff was the best, friendly, and helpful. even tho we arrived later in the evening we got a deal for the scooter for the upcoming day. The bus station is just behind the corner. Evening market with delicious food and drink, and of course karaoke! We bought here also some reasonable value souvenirs (not overpriced)

Nice place for a staying in Chiang Rai

The staff was really nice, and helpful during the booking. Because I had to reschedule the dates and they helped me out. The hotel is close to the center in a quiet area.

The window and doors of the terrace maybe are a little old and so there are some spaces and you hear sone quiet noises from the street (as rooster or so).

Superb

You can't get a beter location. 100m from night market, 100m from the main bus terminal, 400m to the clock tower. I liked the shared balcony, its a special place with a nice atmosphere. Their laundry service is also great, i gave it at 8am got it back by 5pm. One thing to mention is also the very very hard bed, it might be a problem for some people but i have to to admit that is really good for sleeping abit less for relaxing or siting on it I would say really great value for money.
