Great location - Lovely Hotel - Higher Budget

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They automatically upgraded us and left some cakes in our room to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location was fantastic as its very close to temple bar.

As much as I appreciate that the hotel is in the heart of the city. The price of room rate is slightly on the heavy side - I was on the understanding that the breakfast is included of the price and it wasn't, which was disappointing.

The breakfast was good.

Before check in we went shopping and parked into the hotels recommended Fleet Street car park across the road. Unfortunately as we arrived back to our car to gather our bags our car had been broken into, cash and belongings had been stolen. (Found out after this was a regular occurrence) Waiting on Garda to arrive we rang the hotel to ask if we could rearrange a stay or get a refund. They said they couldnt offer us anything apart from a percentage off our parking. Very disappointed as we did feel very unsafe, then again when we brought it up at reception to see if there was an alternative car park. We were told basically no with no more detail. With the hotel being very expensive we were extremely disappointed as it seemed like a wasted stay.

The hotel is In the centre of Dublin. A fantastic location and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and staff so friendly. Could not find fault. Very enjoyable
