Okay to short overnight

Well located to the places we need to go - Paradigm Mall, Sutera Mall & Skudai/ Perling are. Room is clean yet got Indian-like smell.

We think it is lack of proper maintenance (especially smell). Some more, it is located near to a bar, have to be careful with your car (if drive in the evening/ night)

Value for money but cant get good rest.

Shower is good.

Bed and pillow is not comfortable. Near by disco night club playing loud music till 3am. People who is sensitive to sound wont be able to sleep well.
