The receptionist was really Nice. The room incluedes a little breakfast. The structure has a convention with the attached private parking.

Beautiful central place for a stay in the city.

Lovely place. Right in the city centre. I was lucky to be able to avail of one of the Lanes parking spots. Ahead of arrival, I got the information I needed in order to know where to go etc. Receptionists I met were lovely and friendly and helpful. Very clean room. Nice big mug for tea/coffee. Shower and bathroom was clean. Television good. Cannot say a bad thing.

Nothing there I didnt like.

The property was central and when we had an issue with payment the receptionist was very helpful with sorting out the issue

Bit run down, issue with payment was unexpected hassle. Wasnt our fault or the properties but was also stress we could have done without

Overall, a great place for a short stay, right in the heart of Galway city center

Location was superb, just a 2 min walk into Eyre Square / city centre. Nice, quiet hotel. The room we stayed in was small but was perfect for a one night stay for me and my partner. Will definitely visit again.

Facilities inside the room could be better. I don't believe there is a breakfast option and although we didn't require it, it would have been nice to have. Shower only had shampoo and no conditioner. Making the AC work was a bit tricky.
