Location is very good

The door entry cards worked only intermittently. The staff didnt seem to know who was in which room because one night, when I was in bed, my door was opened by a staff member. The safety catch on the door was broken. This was quite unsettling and made me anxious that someone would come into my room.

Horrible condition of hotel.

I visited during rainy seasons & rain water was sipping in my room. I visited during the Cricket Worldcup & the TV inside the room doesnt have those channels for sports, I missed the cricket worldcup finals of 2023 The food is not good at all, plus their menu is poor & even in that menu they dont have all recipes available The keys to the rooms doesnt operate well & my room was in 5th floor (Top Floor), Everytime I return after work & go to my room, I had to come back & request them to open my door. Sometimes even the waiters in the hotels couldnt open the room. Adding to it, the Wifi disconnects automatically daily. U need to be alert about it always.

I have been in this hotel twice, both times the room cards didn't work for me and for all other guests. I had to switch 7 times as the cards are super old. It is such a cheap thing to change for the hotel but creates a lot of frustration for the guests

Comfy but needed a few bits to make better

Comfy bed. Safe location

Not much around to feel safe to walk to. Charged more for massage than was expecting and by this time in a rush to leave with tour so no time to argue it. Only 1 cup in the room on arrival and no tea or coffee. We arrived late and needed food but unable to get room service. Shop was opened for us but just sold crisps and biscuits and wouldn't take card out of hours
