Good

Great location, very polite and helpful staff and excellent level of cleanliness.

Breakfast could be better for the price we paid per day and in general the food options werent that great.

This hotel has great potantial as the location and size of the rooms is good. The intentions of the staff are also good

The hotel is located near a great ski resort and in front of the hotel stops a bus to a gletsjer - snow and ski opportunities are guaranteed. The breakfast is fresh and gives you plenty of options and the restaurant offers the best pizza in the area.

The rooms are dated, stuffy and the pictures do not represent the actual rooms properly. The door keys did not work half of the time and at night there is not enough staff to assist the appartement guests as the receptionist goes home and restaurant staff is trying to deal with both a very busy restaurant and the apartment guests. This literally results into chaos every night.

The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was quite ok. We enjoyed breakfast every day. The location of the hotel is good and easy to reach with public transportation. Also, the staff is helpful and respectful.

The location is great.Although the hotel is close to downtown, it is in very quite neighbourhood. The staff is very nice and friendly. It is in my favorite list for sure!

Great value, excellent location, quite, great food.

Breakfasts were exquisite. Hotel staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful to guests.

The showers are a bit strange. Otherwise it was perfect.

Definitely not what we expected and for sure not value for money

However, we cannot disregard the lovely and very polite waitress who was serving during breakfast. I don't remember her name but she was half Greek. She was almost the only positive note during our stay. Also the hotel seemed really clean and was very close to the tram station. I appreciate the fact that the hotel replied instantly in our feedback showing that they value all comments (even if they were negative). Thats professionalism.

Unfortunately It wasn't what we expected at any level. We are truly disappointed. We really sorry about our negative feedback and we truly hoped we could find many positives, but we couldn't. For sure we don't consider this hotel as value for money.

The hotel did not have a very good food service overall besides breakfast. With few options for dinner and expensive for the quality.

When we return to Vienna we will return to The Harmonie.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was ready by 11 am which really helped after a long flight. The location is a bonus - 15 min walk from most of the attractions and the city centre.

Very friendly people at the reception, very good breakfast with a lot of organic products. Perfectly clean rooms. Quiet. We travel a lot and this was one of the best hotel we ever stayed in. Congratulations to the staff.
