Excellent hotel but hiccups with deposit!

Great location, quiet, clean and lovely ambience. Family room was very comfortable. Had lovely complimentary chocs and fruit. Beds and pillows were so comfortable - just amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast / excellent choices. We had room service which was also very good, great choice of food. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Very charming hotel.

We had issues with the return of the deposit of 6000 czk they take from your card on arrival. This remained as a pending payment that has only just been returned to my account today after 18 days despite paying the final bill which was a different amount on departure. When queried, they kept going on about how the difference would be returned (despite this not being the amount to be returned). They said they had no record of the initial pending payment to cancel, after lots of messages, emails and photo proof of both amounts pending and paid out of my account etc, we were told to wait and see what happened. The bank said it was down to them. It was very frustrating, I gave up in the end after an email I received sounded a little blunt and sentences highlighted in bold with capital letters, it was very professional, further more Im not so stupid that I need communication to be in capital bold letter! In the end via phone call, they did tell my husband that theyd had this problem with another customer also last week and I should just wait. Its such a shame that this happened, Ive never ever had this occur anywhere else. It did but a dampener on what would have been a great experience and a lovely hotel!

My stay at this hotel was magical I loved everything a special thank you to Mr. Bilal the pleasant Man I always see at the Door greeting us with a smile and goes out of his way to help us as well Mr. Tarlan in the restaurant.., Thank you all very much will sure be back very soon

Very Nice hotel near old and new town

The location is very good. The hotel feeling during Christmas was very warm feeling. Room was very spacious with balcony looking over the city and beautiful morning view. I would like to thank Adriana who was very welcoming and helpful and gave us an upgrade she didnt leave until she made we are happy with the room. Also I would like to thank concierge Bilal and Nikki they were always there when we need help or information always smiling and welcoming. In Christmas Dinner, Tarlan took good care of us and made it special night. We will comeback here again soon !

Beautiful property with fantastic staff and amenities. Would def recommend and stay again!

Rooms were well appointed, very comfortable and hotel was beautiful. Breakfast offered such a big variety. Amazing staff!

Excellent hotel with stunningly beautiful rooms and very comfortable bedding. Floor heating in the bathroom definitely a pleasant surprise. Very nice, professional and pleasant staff. Would like to commend particularly on Adriana at the front desk, Miroslav at the bar and all the doormen who always have a warm smile. Top rate hotel that's highly recommended.
