Good, quiet option in the midst of the town but a little over priced

The homestay was well placed, tucked down a little side street away from the hustle and hustle of the town. Balcony area was a nice place to be and the room was decent and clean.

One of the reasons we booked was to stay at a traditional homestay as some of the reviews talked about. Although the two staff were helpful, the owners weren't in (not sure where they were?) and it was largely just us in a big empty house for slot of the stay. That also has it's benefits, it was nice and quiet, just not what we were expecting. It seemed a little over price. Was a perfectly comfortable stay though.

Beautiful property with most kind hearted host

Great location that's next to the main Kalpetta market, the room has a good greenery around and peaceful. The host was very polite and kind hearted.

Our home away from home at Wayanad

The place was so nice because we were really made to feel like at home by the Homestay Owner, Mrs. Mary. She treated us like family. Everything else goes to oblivion once we feel at home, Right???
